The 5th International Congress on Biological Invasions in Perth, Western Australia aspires to advance global biosecurity efforts though a multi-day conference traversing themes from biosecurity threats to innovative solutions. We have created a suite of sponsorship packages from Platinum through to Bronze, as well as specific opportunities to support congress plenaries, support Indigenous participation, and encourage research students. Bronze sponsors can purchase an exhibition booth at $3,000 (incl. GST) including Two (2) exhibitor passes including catered meals, and attendance to the Welcome Ceremony and Poster Sessions
The official Gala Dinner Sponsor will receive all Silver Sponsorship entitlements as well as two (2) additional complementary tickets to the Gala Dinner, a two-minute speaking spot or video presentation at the dinner, and you will be invited to display two banners on stage during the Gala Dinner.
As official Welcome Ceremony sponsor, your organisation will receive all Bronze Sponsorship entitlements as well as verbal acknowledgement as Welcome Ceremony Sponsor. You will also be provided with two additional guest passes to attend the Opening Ceremony.
The evexus event app will be the platform used by all delegates throughout the conference. As official Conference App Sponsor, your organisation will receive all Bronze Sponsorship entitlements as well as the opportunity to display your logo on the App. You will also receive acknowledgement as the Conference App Sponsor through social media.
As official sponsor of one of two poster sessions, your organisation will receive all Bronze Sponsorship entitlements as well as verbal acknowledgement as Poster Session Sponsor from the poster session convenor.
As an Indigenous Participation Support sponsor, your organisation will increase opportunities for First Nations delegates to participate in ICBI 2026, facilitating Indigenous knowledge sharing and two-way science. Your sponsorship will cover to the accommodation and registration costs for two Indigenous participants. As an Indigenous Participation Support Sponsor of ICBI 2026, your organisation will receive all Bronze Sponsorship entitlements as well as additional acknowledgement through social media.
As the Student Speaker Prize Sponsor of ICBI 2026, your organisation will encourage and support the careers of students through three student speaker prizes. The sponsoring organisation will receive considerable recognition through the following entitlements:
