Delegates from an Indigenous/First Nations background may be eligible for an Indigenous Participation Grant. The grant will be announced through the conference mailing list. *Coming soon
A concession rate is available for current students. Please ensure you have a valid student ID to access the discount registration fee.

All fees are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Early Bird Registrations
To be entitled to the early registration fee you must have registered and paid by TBC.
Student registrations
Student rates are only applicable to individuals who will be full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students at the time of the Congress commencement in September/October 2026. Proof of student status will need to be provided at the time of registration. Without this, the delegate rate will apply.
Low Income Country Student Registrations
Student delegates from countries with limited resources or economic constraints may qualify for a concession rate through the Low Income Country Student Grant. The grant will be announced through the conference mailing list. *Coming soon
Registration Terms & Conditions
Full Congress registration includes the following benefits:
- Morning, lunch and afternoon break catering
- Access to the Congress digital program
- Access to the Welcome Reception and Poster Sessions
- Opportunity to purchase additional guest tickets for social functions, if required
- Entry to the trade exhibition across the Congress days
Day Congress registration includes the following benefits on the nominated day:
- Morning, lunch and afternoon break catering
- Access to the Congress digital program
- Access to the Welcome Reception or Poster Session to be held on the nominated day
- Opportunity to purchase additional guest tickets for social functions, if required
- Entry to the trade exhibition
Registration confirmation
Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with a confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your form.
Name badge
Each delegate of the Congress will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Congress Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Please note the preferred payment method for online registrations is by credit card, but there is the option to request a tax invoice. Payment by invoice or bank transfer is on request basis only. Please contact register.icbi2025@arinexgroup.com PRIOR to completing the form.
Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex’.
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Managers at register.icbi2025@arinexgroup.com.
Registration fees
Cancellations before TBC will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from TBC to TBC will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after TBC will receive no refund.
Social functions
Payments are non-refundable as at TBC.
The program is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Congress timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Congress Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
The Congress Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Congress for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Congress and/or its content at their sole discretion.
The Organiser of ICBI 2026 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.
Please note communications sent by external travel providers are not associated with Arinex Pty Ltd. All official event travel and accommodation arrangements, and communications regarding your registration will be sent to you directly by Arinex Pty Ltd.
